The Role

Key Areas of Impact

• Financial Stewardship: Stabilize and modernize financial systems, improve automation, and ensure transparency in reporting and forecasting.
• Operational Oversight: Lead the Finance, IT, and Facilities functions, balancing day‑to‑day oversight with long‑term capital planning and campus development.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as a key advisor to the Board, helping them navigate risks, capital investments, and evolving funding models (Medicaid, CCBHC, PPS).
• Mentorship: Serve as a financial translator for clinical directors, empowering them to manage budgets and navigate staffing models effectively.
• Technology & Security: Strengthen the organization’s cybersecurity posture and guide the thoughtful adoption of technology, including AI and cloud‑based systems.
