LPN/RN Supervisor

CareRite Centers seeks an LPN/RN Supervisor for the night shift to lead clinical care in our skilled nursing and rehab center. This role oversees nursing staff, coordinates resident care, and ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance overnight. Responsibilities include supervising LPNs, RNs, and CNAs; completing assessments; managing medications and treatments; responding to changes in condition; and supporting admissions and discharges. The supervisor models compassionate, resident-centered care, mentors team members, and contributes to a positive, collaborative, and hospitality-driven environment focused on strong clinical and satisfaction outcomes.
