Job Responsibilities: Work effectively with other teachers in the classroom and center Support children's social and emotional development using positive guidance strategies Encourage family involvement and foster relationships between children and their families Follow all policies related to health, safety, nutrition, and center operations Job Requirements: Passion for working with children and families Effective communication skills High School Diploma or equivalent; Substitute Certification preferred; Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred Willingness to embrace our values: Diversity, Teamwork & Community, Data-Informed Learning, Open Communication, Follow-Through This part-time (on-call), year-round position pays $11.50 hourly.
