Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray

Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to various facilities. Tasks and responsibilities include performing and processing X-Rays using portable digital or computed radiography equipment, submitting X-Ray images to a Radiologist for interpretation, unloading portable X-Ray equipment and taking it into facilities for exams ordered by the physician, obtaining clinically diagnostic and technically competent x-ray images, performing EKGs as needed and transmitting them to a Cardiologist for interpretation, scanning exam-related paperwork daily per protocol, regularly communicating with dispatch and management, interacting professionally with peers, supervisory staff, and clients, and maintaining the vehicle and x-ray equipment. Must be able to push/pull 50 to 100 lbs with the use of assistive tools and may exert 50 lbs of force or more throughout the day.
