Required Skills

10+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
Salesforce Service Cloud Certification – Required
Strong experience developing Apex Classes
Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Strong knowledge of SOQL/SOSL
Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and integrations
Good understanding of Salesforce xhyhwjd data model, security, and sharing rules
Experience with Salesforce deployment and release management
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
