Sales Manager

For our American Plant based in York Pennsylvania we are currently looking for a young and motivated Sales Manager that,working in strict cooperation with our North American General Manager and with the Regional Sales Managers, will have the to consolidate our actual growth and drive it to our next ambitious targets. North America constitutes our current most stimulating challenge, with a growing number of opportunities and openings by customers of this huge but also demanding market.

• Lead and coordinate the activities of Regional Sales Managers across North America, defining budgets, targets, and strategic priorities
• Support field activities by joining sales visits and driving business development with key and prospective accounts
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market developments to headquarters
• Act as a key interface with client headquarters in Italy, coordinating with departments involved in sales support, including Back Office, Production, Quality, and R&D
• Contribute to the development of the North American sales organization by recruiting, training, mentoring, and empowering team members

• Technical bachelor's or master's degree
• At least 5 years' experience in Hydraulics, including Sales roles
• Dynamic, flexible and open mind approach, proactive mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, determination, and excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
• High credibility to North American customers
