Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop, implement, and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about improving client outcomes, skilled in supervision and training, and committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical care. Responsibilities Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide ongoing training and support. Conduct behavioral assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success. Maintain compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards.
