Project Manager / Scrum MasterInfluential is looking for a highly organized, execution-driven Project Manager / Scrum Master to support delivery across our Creator Commerce platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, brings structure to ambiguity, and is passionate about driving predictable, high-quality execution across product and engineering teams. You will play a critical role in optimizing Agile processes, improving team velocity, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional stakeholders. A key focus of this role is owning and enhancing our Jira and Confluence environments to design efficient workflows, implementing automation, and leveraging AI to streamline reporting and improve operational visibility. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines strong program management fundamentals with a continuous improvement mindset.Responsibilities:Agile Execution & Scrum FacilitationPartner closely with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to ensure smooth sprint executionFacilitate core Scrum Ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Backlog grooming and refinement sessionsEnsure backlog readiness by making sure Product Backlog items are clearly defined, estimated, and ready for upcoming sprintsDrive continuous improvement through actionable insights from retrospectivesDelivery Management & AccountabilityTrack feature progress and ensure timely delivery across sprintsProactively identify risks, blockers, and dependencies, and drive resolutionCommunicate delays and changes in timelines clearly to stakeholdersFacilitate trade-off decisions (scope vs. Time vs. Quality) in alignment with ProductResource & Capacity PlanningAssign resources in coordination with Engineering LeadsTrack engineering workload and capacity across sprints and releasesSupport forward-looking capacity planning and resource allocationPerformance Tracking & ReportingMonitor and report on engineering performance metrics, including: Sprint burndown, Cycle time, Throughput / velocityOwn status reporting for stakeholders and leadershipEnsure transparency into progress, risks, and delivery healthCross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate dependencies across teams including Engineering, Infrastructure, QA, Legal, and MarketingBuild and maintain project timelines across initiatives and dependenciesManage release schedules and calendarsTooling, Workflow Optimization & AutomationOwn and continuously improve Jira and Confluence workflowsSet up and manage boards, tagging structures, dashboards, and reporting frameworksImplement automation within Jira and Confluence to improve efficiency and reduce manual workLeverage AI tools to optimize workflows, generate reports, and surface actionable insightsEstablish and enforce best practices for documentation and team processesQualifications:5-8+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Technical Program Manager in a product-driven organizationStrong experience running Agile/Scrum processes with engineering and product teamsDeep hands-on expertise with Jira and Confluence, including workflow optimization, board setup, tagging, and automationExperience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows, reporting, and team efficiencyProven ability to track and improve delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput)Strong organizational skills with experience working across cross-functional teamsAbility to proactively manage risks, dependencies, and competing prioritiesExperience with release planning and coordinating complex, multi-team deliverablesDetail-oriented with a focus on executional excellence and continuous improvementAdditional information:Our Publicis Groupe motto "Viva La Différence" means we're better together, and we believe that our differences make us stronger.
