Picture the start of your 10-hour shift: the green chain hums, boards arrive in a steady rhythm, and you’re the steady hand that keeps production flowing. You pull lumber from a fast-moving conveyor, read the size and grade markings at a glance, and stack precisely where each board belongs. Safety is second nature, teamwork is constant, and productivity is the heartbeat of the sawmill floor.

• Sort boards from a high-speed conveyor by size and markings with accuracy and urgency.
• Lift, stack, push, and pull lumber for the full shift while following all safety procedures.
• Collaborate closely with a tight-knit crew committed to safety, quality, and pace.

• Starting pay of $23.00 per hour.
• Four-day workweek with 10-hour shifts.
• Evaluation-to-hire path with the potential to transition to a long-term role.
