High-Paying Urology Opportunity – $500/Hour | Pennsylvania VA System 

Primary service at Lebanon VA Medical Center , with coverage across four outpatient clinics:

• York, PA
• Mechanicsburg, PA
• Berks/Wyomissing, PA
• Lancaster/Willow Street, PA

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No nights or weekends required)

• Competitive $500/hour compensation
• Consistent weekday schedule
• Work within a respected federal healthcare system

All candidates must have:

• Active, full, and unrestricted U.S. medical license (any state/territory/DC)
• Board Certification in Urology
• Current AHA BLS certification
• Ongoing compliance with continuing medical education (CME) requirements

Candidates must be highly skilled and experienced in a wide range of advanced urologic procedures, including:

• Partial & radical nephrectomy (robotic/open)
• Radical prostatectomy (robotic)
• Simple prostatectomy (robotic)
• Varicocele repair (robotic)
• Partial cystectomy (robotic)
• Prostate fusion biopsy
• Vasovasostomy
• Comprehensive endourology
• Complex urodynamics
• Management of sexual dysfunction & recurrent UTIs

To meet contract standards, proposed candidates are highly preffered to have:

• Complex urodynamics
• Treatment of urinary incontinence & pelvic organ prolapse
• Sling procedures & periurethral bulking
• Sacrocolpopexy & Burch procedures (robotic)
• Pelvic floor pain management
• Sexual dysfunction treatment
• Recurrent UTI care
• InterStim therapy
• Experience with DaVinci robotic surgery
