As a Security Officer Patrol Investigator in Tallahassee, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier hotel location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at the hotel location.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting details and sharing information with site contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout guest-facing areas, lobbies, hallways, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter, helping to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report maintenance issues, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior to appropriate personnel.
• Support hotel operations by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and maintaining a visible presence that helps promote order and professionalism throughout the property.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
