Your collaborative engagement is significant to coordinate admissions and communication to maintain continuity, and ensure the best care, our communities have come to expect. You will generate and manage referrals and admissions from hospitals. You will take lead developing relationships with hospital discharge planners, and developing initiatives that align with market to grow business and identify new opportunities. Hospital Liaisons work very closely with our AD Concierge and leadership, to drive daily admissions. Time Management, and multi- tasking will be necessary for market growth.
