Join our dynamic team at JOE M ROLAND DDS INC as a Registered Dental Hygienist in Irving, TX! This exciting opportunity allows you to make a positive impact on patients' oral health while working in a supportive and friendly environment. Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings and assessments for patients.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care techniques.
- Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as needed.
- Assist in the management of patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with the dentist to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuing education requirements.
- Provide exceptional patient care and build lasting relationships.
- Valid Texas State Dental Hygienist License.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience with dental software and electronic health records.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
- Knowledge of infection control procedures and safety protocols.
- Previous experience in a dental office preferred but not required.
