Open Enrollment Specialist

*Open Enrollment Specialist (Benefits Support) - $22/hr* Schaumburg, IL or Maitland, FL (Hybrid)

*About the Role* We're hiring Open Enrollment Specialists to support clients during their annual benefits enrollment season. In this *consultative, appointment-based role*, you'll guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish-not a traditional call center environment.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage *30-50 clients* during peak season
* Lead client consultations and working sessions via Webex
* *Project manage* open enrollment from start to finish
* Provide guidance, best practices, and system support
* Spend *6-7 hours/day on scheduled client calls*
* *Manage your own calendar and client appointments*
* *Partner with internal teams for issue resolution*
*Qualifications* *Required:*

* 1+ year of professional or corporate experience
* Customer service or client-facing OR Human Resources
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Tech-savvy; able to learn new systems quickly
* High School Diploma
*Preferred:*

* Experience with *benefits, payroll, or HR services*
* *Project or case management experience*
* *Bachelor's degree*
*Schedule & Work Environment*
* Hybrid: *1 WFH day during training, up to 2 after*
* *Training: 6 weeks | 9 AM - 5 PM CST*
* *Post-training: Start times as early as 7:30 AM CST*

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
