The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance and experience managing middle-market accounts Compensation Package Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package details available upon request. Responsibilities Service and manage a portfolio of middle-market accounts with premiums exceeding $150,000. Collaborate with Account Executives to address client needs and ensure seamless account management. Quote new and renewal business as required. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account details. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Support the team in achieving business objectives and maintaining high client retention rates. Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Proven experience in managing middle-market accounts within the insurance industry. Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
