- Provide specialized instruction and support for students with Mild/Moderate and Moderate/Severe disabilities.
- Work within both Extensive Support Needs (ESN) and Resource Specialist Program (RSP) classroom settings.
- Develop and implement IEPs, monitor student progress, and collaborate with families and educational teams.
- Adapt curriculum and instructional strategies to meet individual student needs.
- Maintain a structured, inclusive learning environment that promotes academic and social-emotional growth.
- Serve classrooms with approximately 15 students per class.
