Seasonal Receiving Support Associate - Century City

Summary Support store logistics and fulfillment by processing incoming merchandise, preparing customer orders, and helping maintain accurate merchandise flow. Deliver efficient, detail-oriented service while collaborating with store teams and welcoming customers on the selling floor. Responsibilities Process new merchandise receipts according to company standards. Locate and pick merchandise from the sales floor and stockrooms for fulfillment orders. Pack shipments using appropriate techniques to ensure merchandise arrives in excellent condition. Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, salvages, and other logistics initiatives. Use store technology and support operations during high-volume events. Greet and welcome customers while on the selling floor. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and work a flexible retail schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Comfort using computers and handheld equipment.
