Role Overview: Licensed Esthetician

As a Licensed Esthetician , you will provide exceptional skin care services, educate clients on treatment plans, and support overall wellness through professional expertise and personalized recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Perform professional, high-quality facial and skincare services
Design customized, progressive treatment plans based on client goals
Recommend appropriate products and home-care routines
Meet service and retail sales goals as outlined by spa management
Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
Create positive client experiences with a friendly, professional attitude
Promote memberships and client referrals
Maintain clean and professional skincare rooms and common areas

Requirements

Active State Esthetics License
Ability to maintain esthetics liability insurance
Strong passion for skincare, facial treatments, and client wellness
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Commitment to cleanliness, professionalism, and Hand & Stone standards
