This role is ideal for an experienced legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses an ownership mindset, and is motivated by performance-based earning potential.The attorney will manage an established caseload with the opportunity to grow and take on increasing responsibility.Work Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days in office / 2 days remote Location: Washington, D.C.Position Structure & SupportThe firm provides an integrated support structure designed to allow attorneys to focus primarily on case management, client advocacy, negotiations, and litigation.Dedicated case management supportSpecialized administrative teams supporting intake, accounting, and disbursementsStreamlined operational processes to reduce administrative workloadQualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law schoolActive bar admission in Virginia or MarylandWashington, D.C. bar admission preferred, or immediate eligibility for admission by waiverProven experience independently managing an active personal injury caseloadStrong case-triaging, negotiation, and organizational skillsFull lifecycle litigation experience requiredAbility to effectively navigate litigation and take cases to trial as neededComfortable using modern legal technology, software, and data-driven metricsEntrepreneurial mindset with strong business and client-service skillsCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $100,000-$180,000 per yearPerformance-based incentive structureExpected year-one earnings of $150K+Uncapped earning potential based on performanceHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time off
