What You'll Do

• Support clinical interventions guided by evidence-based practice
• Provide rehabilitative treatments including manual techniques, ambulation, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
• Assist patients with mobility and use of supportive devices
• Assess patient progress and communicate updates to supervising Physical Therapist
• Maintain detailed documentation of treatments and patient responses
• Participate in team meetings, care conferences, and ongoing training
• Support supervision and mentorship of students under Physical Therapist guidance

What You Need

• Active State Licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Prior experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and documentation standards
