Shifts are 8am-5pm Mon-Fri/40 hour work week with occasional weekends. Requirements are as follows, Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy, licensed and registered by the State of California. BLS AHA. Valid California Driver’s license with clean driving record acceptable to current insurance carrier. They prefer 1-2 years previous experience providing care in the home setting or with another community agency/outpatient setting.
