Sales Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accountsDeveloping long-term relationships with clients, through managing and interpreting their requirementsPersuasing clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price, and deliveryNegotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needsCalculating client quotations and administering client accountsProviding pre-sales technical assistance and product educationWorking on after-sales support services and providing technical backup as requiredPreparing reports for head office and keeping customer recordsMeeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projectsSupporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other marketing eventsMaking technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needsLiaising technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needsHelping n the design of custom-made productsSkill Requirements:Technical/engineering background preferredBachelor's degree in Engineering and/or three to five years of proven salesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniquesStrong presentation skills and professional appearanceStrong organizational skillsAbility to succeed in an entrepreneurial environmentMicrosoft Office proficiencyAttention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr Lee-Spring
