Job Summary
We are looking for a creative, results-driven Marketing Intern to join our internal corporate team. This hands-on role will assist in executing our digital marketing, social media, employer branding, and outreach campaigns to help attract top talent and expand our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and managing engaging content across multiple social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram).
- Design digital graphics, flyers, and promotional materials using tools like Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Support email marketing campaigns, candidate newsletters, and client outreach initiatives.
- Help manage and update company website content, blog posts, and online job board visibility.
- Track and report on marketing analytics, campaign performance, and engagement metrics.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital marketing best practices.
- Creative mindset with basic graphic design skills and strong written communication abilities.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn industry-specific software.
