The Opportunity Load One is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Business Account Manager to manage and grow our house account portfolio. This is an in-office role based in Taylor, MI. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, responsible for re‑engaging dormant customers, uncovering growth opportunities, and ensuring every account receives the attention it deserves. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is passionate about both customer success and revenue growth. What You'll Do Own and manage a portfolio of house accounts under a designated revenue threshold Re‑engage dormant accounts and identify expansion opportunities through additional lanes or services Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, ensuring consistent communication and satisfaction Monitor account trends and proactively surface growth opportunities Qualify inbound leads and nurture emerging accounts into long‑term partnerships Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate records in CRM (HubSpot) and TMS systems (Transcend) Track and report on key performance metrics, including load count, revenue, and margin Participate in weekly sales and operations meetings Support onboarding and retention of smaller accounts Ensure compliance with pricing, quoting, and credit policies Stay current on industry trends and Load One's evolving service offerings Meet or exceed monthly goals for revenue and account engagement What We're Looking For Required: Four‑year college degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and/or 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in transportation, logistics, or freight brokerage Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities Experience with CRM and TMS systems, including HubSpot and Transcend Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and team‑oriented Ability to build lasting relationships and solve problems with urgency Why Load One Load One is a company that invests in its people and rewards performance.
