Medical Lab Scientist (MLS)
We are currently seeking a qualified Medical Lab Scientist (MLS) to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing critical lab support in emergency situations.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform Point of Care Testing (POC) as directed.
- Assist with clerical duties as assigned by nursing and lab leadership to support operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Required: ASCP certification as a Medical Lab Scientist (MLS), Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS), or Medical Technologist.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Point of Care Testing procedures.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting is preferred.
Work Schedule
This position requires availability for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) with 12-hour shifts.

Candidates should possess strong communication skills, be team-oriented, and be adaptable to the dynamic needs of a clinical environment.
Dress Code
Scrubs are the required attire for this position, with specific colors to be determined by the unit guidelines.
Additional Information
We can offer up to 26 weeks of employment for interested candidates.
