Cambro in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking a Mold Shop Supervisor to lead teams across injection, rotational, and CNC processes. You will coordinate daily activities, enforce safety, quality, and cost goals, and partner with engineering and quality to drive improvements. The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a mold environment, CAD/CAM experience, and strong communication skills. GED or higher is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
