Style Advisor

Summary As a Style Advisor, you will engage customers on the sales floor to present and educate them on product fit, construction and style while building long-term client relationships. You will complete a multi-layered training program, support store operations and visual standards, and work with store leadership to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities Participate in training to develop product knowledge and styling expertise Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics Build and maintain client relationships to increase loyalty Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual guidelines and store standards Perform other duties assigned by store leadership Requirements Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service Genuine interest in fashion and styling Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
