Physical Therapist

Physical therapist needed for home health. Candidates must have home health experience. Experience with HCHB charting preferred. The position requires coverage for adult health care. The therapist will be scheduled for 6 to 7 visits per day. Weekend requirements are not applicable. Candidates must be willing to work Monday through Friday. Locals are accepted within the same bill rate. A positive nicotine screen will result in cancellation. Candidates must be nicotine-free. Candidates must be able to float within their scope of practice. Tobacco-free facility policies are in place. Past employees must have been separated from the facility for at least one year.
