Soccer Shots is an engaging children's soccer program focused on character development and fun for ages 2-10. Our caring team positively impacts children's lives on and off the field through best-in-class coaching, curriculum, and communication. our goal is "to provide a beloved growth experience for every child and a remarkable experience for every family"

We're looking for Part-Time Coaches to join our growing team and make a lasting impact through the game of soccer

A Day in the Life

• Lead 30-45 minute, high-energy sessions for up to 12 children using our expert-designed curriculum.
• Use enthusiasm, creativity, and care to help children build confidence and character through sport.
• Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to engage with energy and professionalism.
• Maintain a safe, organized environment and manage attendance rosters.
• Follow all site-specific safety and check-in procedures.
• Ensure every child feels seen, safe, and celebrated.
• Go home knowing you made a difference that day.

• Paid Training at $14/hour

What You Bring to the Team

• A willingness to stand, run, and actively participate in every session
• Your own reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and active auto insurance
• No coaching experience required - we'll teach you everything you need to know
