Based in Chicago with advisors across the U.S., we operate as a registered investment advisor (RIA).

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for executing design projects for our nearly 150 advisor practices as well as corporate stakeholders. You'll work collaboratively with the marketing team, advisor businesses, and corporate stakeholders to execute design projects. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge and experience in UI/UX design principles. This role reports directly to the Manager of Brand and Design and works both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment while organizing multiple projects.

Design and revise a wide variety of design projects, ranging from presentations, social graphics, stationery, brochures, requests for proposals, print/digital ads, email assets, websites, and more, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.

Develop presentations and social media templates that can be shared with and updated by advisors

Ensure that all designs are aligned with the related visual guidelines.

Maintain an organized digital asset library, ensuring easy accessibility and efficient workflow for design files.

Design and create graphic elements, including logos, icons, and illustrations, as needed, maintaining an internal database of design files.

Work closely with printers and other external vendors to ensure the successful production and delivery of printed materials.

1-3+ year of experience as a Graphic Designer or a similar role, showcasing a portfolio of previous design projects

Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Figma and Canva

Understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques

Excellent creativity and ability to develop visually compelling designs

Able to work well under time pressure

Knowledge of current design trends, new technologies, and best practices in graphic design.

Familiarity with web design principles and basic HTML/CSS knowledge

Base salary of $60,000-$70,000 plus discretionary bonus (exact base salary amount will be dependent on experience)
