Responsibilities Provide high-quality care to patients in the Emergency Department. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and respond to changes in patient conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Triage patients based on acuity and manage patient flow efficiently. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting. Current Massachusetts RN license. Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP. Experience with Epic charting system preferred. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to work every other weekend and holiday as required.
