Title: Estimator (Commercial Flooring)
Location: Elk Grove Village, IL
Shift: 1st Shift - 8am-5:30pm M-F.
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Pay Rate: $55,000-$67,000 (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications for commercial flooring projects
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for projects ranging from small tenant improvements to large-scale developments
• Develop accurate labor scopes and project estimates for bidding and change orders
• Create shop drawings to support installation and project execution
• Collaborate with internal teams including pricing, project management, sales, and installation services
• Research flooring products, materials, and applications to ensure proper specification and availability

Qualifications:

• Ability to put together takeoff summaries/bids
• 4+ years of relevant experience in estimating, construction, or related field (Bachelor's degree a plus)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specification documents
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and general estimating tools
• Familiarity with flooring materials is a plus but not required
