We are hiring a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) for a Home Health position providing skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in the Erie , PA area. This position is eligible for $20,000 total bonus potential , including a $10,000 first year success bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year as well as an additional $10,000 sign-on bonus.

What You’ll Do:

  Deliver skilled, patient-centered care in a home health setting, in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team that truly supports you

  Perform patient assessments, medication management, and care planning

\n
• \n

  Educate and empower patients and families on disease management and treatment plans so they feel confident, informed, and cared for

\n
• \n

  Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation

  Work independently, but never alone

  Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

RN Qualifications

\n

\n
• \n

  Active Registered Nurse, RN license in the state you work

\n
• \n

  One year of RN experience and the clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care

\n
• \n

  Due to the field-based nature of this home health position, a valid driver’s license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.

\n
