Field Sales Representative

Develop strong, trusting and collaborative relationships with customer sourcing, value stream, quality, engineering, and other support organizations Understand the customer's organization, products and markets, including priorities, issues and opportunities, to position Howmet Engines to serve customer needs Identify and prioritize customer business growth opportunities using Howmet products, technical capabilities, and capacity Manage, support and coordinate customer and internal processes Coordinate RFQs with Howmet sites and Marketing Align Howmet capabilities with specific customer needs Support and oversee business reviews, including presentations, financial analysis, quote preparation, commercial approvals, submissions, and customer follow-up Track and resolve open items with Howmet sites to support customer requirements and provide timely dispute resolution Support customer demand visibility using customer portals, MRP, and discreet demand forecasts Analyze customer scorecards, including quality and delivery performance correlation and communication Coordinate concurrent engineering and joint customer cost-reduction activities Maintain and develop customer contracts, terms and conditions, pricing, portfolios, alloy elemental management activities, and economic indices tracking Support the annual Budget/Long Range Plan process with sites, Marketing, and customers Coordinate customer meetings and assist with related preparation Manage customer on-time payment performance to agreed terms with Howmet sites and the Credit organization Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution Minimum of 8 years' experience in sales, marketing, and/or account management Legally authorized to work in the United States U.S. person status required under ITAR: U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, political asylee, or refugee Visa sponsorship is not available Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering preferred Aerospace airfoils and structural castings market knowledge or experience highly desired Aerospace industry experience, including investment castings, coatings, or machining metal components preferred Customer relationship and account management aptitude Written and oral communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and interact with all organizational levels Understanding of terms and conditions, documents, and commercial agreements and their business impact Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook Core Competencies Demonstrates strong customer relationship management and account management skills, with a focus on aerospace industry knowledge and the ability to analyze customer needs and market opportunities. Proficient in financial analysis, contract management, and effective communication to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
