In this vital position, you’ll maintain and repair mobile equipment crucial to operation s. From light vehicles to heavy-duty mining machinery, your expertise will ensure operational efficiency and safety ! About the Role As a Mobile Maintenance Mechanic your responsibilities will include: Perform ing regular maintenance and repairs on equipment like haul trucks, loaders, dozers, and concrete trucks. Conducting preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and overhauls to predict and address mechanical issues. Operating heavy machinery as needed, such as front-end loaders, forklifts, and bobcats. What We’re Looking For At least five years of mechanic experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to read manuals and follow SOPs. Welding and fabrication experience is a plus. Your own set of tools to perform the required tasks. A valid driver’s license is required; a CDL is a bonus. Capability to lift and handle up to 75 lbs., work in varying conditions, and use necessary safety equipment. Awareness of and adherence to safety standards and ability to respond promptly to hazards.
