We’re looking for someone like you to build an experience from vision to a production-ready system.As a Salesforce solution engineer, you’ll solve problems by developing an end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, Agile environment. You’ll work in many aspects of the Salesforce development life cycle, including working with business and product owners to design the best solution and declarative configuration utilizing the Salesforce platform, App Builder, Flows, and 3rd party tools, to automate deployments. You’ll collaborate with an Agile team to overcome your customer’s challenges. You’ll analyze the needs and the environment to make sure the solution you’re developing considers the architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements.Using your technical knowledge and your appetite to learn, you’ll work cross-collaboratively to help automate and accelerate cloud modernization and reduce system maintenance and development costs. You’ll be a trusted advisor to your clients as you help translate their IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
