Job Description
Title: Registered Nurse - Nursing

Schedule: Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 36.00 per week

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
- At least two years recent experience in field: Required
- EPIC experience: Required

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards.
- Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Collect and analyze relevant patient health data to determine diagnoses and care issues.
- Develop and implement care plans with prescribed interventions to attain outcomes.
- Evaluate patient progress towards outcomes and provide learning opportunities for patients and families.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
