Director Clinical Development

We are partnering with a fast-growing biotech (~200+ employees) with a strong clinical-stage immunology pipeline focused on rare neuroimmunologic diseases.

They are seeking a Senior Medical Director or Vice President of Clinical Development (MD required) to lead late-stage clinical programs in Myasthenia Gravis and related neuroimmunology indications .

This individual will report directly into the Chief Medical Officer and take ownership of Phase II and Phase III clinical development strategy and execution .

What you’ll lead:

• Clinical development strategy for MG and related autoimmune neurology programs
• Design and execution of Phase II/III global clinical trials
• Cross-functional leadership across Regulatory, Biometrics, Safety, and Clinical Operations
• Interaction with FDA/EMA on development strategy and submissions
• Medical oversight for ongoing and upcoming studies

Ideal Background:

• MD with board certification (Neurology or Immunology strongly preferred)
• Deep experience in Myasthenia Gravis OR neuroimmunology / MS
• Strong background in clinical development (Phase II/III)
• Experience in immunotherapy / biologics / rare disease development
• Prior leadership at Director, Senior Director, or VP level
• This is a high-impact leadership role reporting directly into the CMO with visibility at the executive level.
