Hourly Pay Rate: $54.31

What You'll Do

Provide specialized nursing care to ICU patients, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and standards
Assess patient conditions and implement nursing care plans effectively
Use EPIC to document patient information accurately
Educate patients and families about treatments, procedures, and care plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
Manage resources and communicate effectively with team members
Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies in a high-pressure environment

What You Need

Required:
- Current RN license in Louisiana
- BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Certification
- Minimum 2 years ICU nursing experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher
- Certification in clinical specialty area
