Job Title High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in manufacturing organization preferred Develop thorough understanding of copper foil manufacturing process and procedures, quality requirements and safety practices Develop thorough understanding of the ISO/Quality system and work instructions for operations Develop though understanding of the ISO/Environmental Management system. Actively participate on quality improvement teams Develop proficiency in all phases of the copper foil manufacturing operation. Contribute to development of improvements to the facility processes, procedures, housekeeping, safety and equipment Demonstrate: - Commitment to creating a successful, team based organization - Ability to relate individual achievements to team successes - Willingness to accept responsibility for HS&E issues, quality and productivity Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
