Work You'll Do As a Project Manager on the team, you will be responsible for:Supporting the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of training materials and courses related to talent management work within the Cognos application.Developing participant guides, instructor guides, and supplemental training materials to support effective course delivery and learner adoption.Scheduling, facilitating, and delivering Cognos training courses covering topics such as workforce strategy and performance management.Partnering with customers and training review boards to gather feedback, refine content, and obtain course approvals.Collaborating with team members to identify training needs and stand up new courses as business needs evolve.Helping ensure training content remains current, accurate, and aligned with program requirements and user needs.A successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to othersThe Team Deloitte's Government & Public Services (GPS) practice - our people, ideas, technology and outcomes - is designed for impact. Qualifications Required:10+ years of experience in developing training materials and courses related to talent management work5+ years of experience supporting the design, development, implementation and maintenance of training materials for Cognos application5+ years of experience developing participant and instructor guides and supplemental materials for Cognos3+ years of experience working with training teams and review board.Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearanceBachelor's degreeAbility to work on site 100% of the time in Chantilly, VirginiaAbility to travel up to 5%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureFor individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Arlington/Rosslyn, VA, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation range is specific to Arlington/Rosslyn, VA and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,700 to $218,300. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
