Our company is growing rapidly, and we are looking for the best!To create exceptional experiences by building value-driven communities that enrich lives.Our vision is to create:Quality housing for residentsMeaningful careers for our associatesStrong partnerships with our service providersCommunities that consistently deliver exceptional experiencesAt Wendover, we believe by providing quality, value-driven housing that is well-managed and maintained, we can make a positive impact in the lives of people and in the communities we serve.We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our community, Rochester Park– an 84-unit senior community located in Brooksville, FL.Responsibilities include:Maintain the overall cleanliness and functionality of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, and shared spacesEnsure trash is removed regularly from office areas, community perimeters, and trash chutes/compactorsPrepare units for new residents by supporting make-ready efforts—including trash removal and minor repairsClean and prepare available apartments and models to our standard of excellenceTroubleshoot and repair a range of maintenance issues, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and carpentryAssist with maintenance needs across the community and escalate larger concerns to the Service or Community ManagerMaintain curb appeal through daily visual inspections and proactive upkeepSupport emergency response efforts including hazardous weather, flooding, or fire eventsKeep the maintenance shop clean, organized, and stockedCollaborate with office staff on community projects or resident needs as requestedEmbrace our shared responsibility culture—where every team member plays a role in safety, service, and success***This job description is not an all-inclusive list of functions and tasks.
