The Experienced Cake Decorator will play a vital role in creating beautifully designed cakes for a variety of events, including birthdays,retirements, showers and other customer requests. This position focuses on independently executing high-volume cake production while maintaining exceptional design and decoration standards. The decorator may engage directly with customers during the ordering process to understand their needs or they could be working from an order another Bakery Team Member from the customer. This position will also involve filling the cake freezers, displays and single serve case with uniquely designed creations.

Responsibilities

• Design and decorate custom cakes for a multitude of events
• Interact professionally with customers to understand order details
• Manage high volume cake production efficiently
• Work independently to complete orders on schedule
• Decorate cakes and desserts for the cake case, sales floor and single serve case.
• Keeping work area clean to meet sanitation standards
• Effective cimmuncaition with customers, team members and Management

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of PROVEN experience in cake decorating

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with airbrushing techniques
• Skilled in cake assembly
• Strong time management abilities
• Creative flair and attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
