Position Title: CNC Machinist

Wage: $25.00 - $30.00/hour

Shift: 1st

Hours: 11:00am - 7:00pm

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate multiple CNC lathes
- Load and unload parts safely using overhead cranes
- Follow all required safety procedures and company policies
- Perform daily machine maintenance and housekeeping
- Edit CNC programs as required
- Work collaboratively with team members to quickly resolve production issues
- Record measured data for quality documentation

Requirements for CNC Machinist:
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing prints, process sheets, and technical data
- Experience using precision measuring instruments, including Bore gauges, OD micrometers, Groove gauges, Thread gauges, Calipers, Go/No-Go gauges
- Computer proficiency, including barcode scanning systems for job tracking and gauge checkout
- Ability to convert between inches and millimeters
- Strong math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals
- Familiarity with FANUC and MAZATROL controls
- Experience with Cincinnati/Siemens Acramatic A2100 controls is a plus
- Ability to pass forklift safety and operation certification
- Experience working safely in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
- Stand for extended periods (3+ hours)
- Lift up to 50 lbs to waist level multiple times per hour
