Job Summary:
This Physical Therapist (PT) Outpatient position is located in Maricopa, Arizona. The role involves providing outpatient therapy services in a clinical setting, contributing to patient recovery and mobility improvement. The candidate must be capable of working day shifts, with flexible hours including 8- or 10-hour days, Monday through Friday.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days - open to 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Friday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Licensure as an active Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona, valid in outpatient setting, with no minimum experience requirement, and eligibility for credentialing before assignment start
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in outpatient therapy services is preferred but not required
• Additional Information: The role requires completion of documentation directly with the organization before being cleared to start, outside of the standard accreditation process. Candidates with previous employment history as a traveler or with the organization within the last year are ineligible to reapply until separated for at least one year. Candidates must have a valid license; compact licensure is acceptable initially but must obtain a permanent license immediately. Parking will be provided on the first day, dress code details will be shared during orientation, and equipment will be provided during interviews.
