Locations: Somer, Carmel, Mt Kisco, Brewster, Fishkill, Katonah, Poughkeepsie, Murray Hill, Croton
Shift: Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for exams (vital signs, medical history, etc.).
- Assist doctors and nurses with procedures (EKGs, injections, phlebotomy).
- Maintain patient records and update Electronic Health Records (EHR).
- Educate patients on treatments, medications, and aftercare.
- Handle administrative tasks like scheduling, insurance verification, and referrals.
- Keep exam rooms stocked, sanitized, and organized.
Who Can Apply?
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Medical Assistant Certification OR relevant experience
- BLS Certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Experience with EHR (Epic preferred) is a plus!
- Bilingual is an advantage
