Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Online Travel Consultant (Part-Time) to assist with coordinating plans, services, schedules, and personalized experiences. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, communication, and helping people turn their plans into well-coordinated experiences.

The Remote Planning Coordinator will communicate with individuals to understand their preferences, provide helpful information, coordinate service details, and assist throughout the planning process. The role may include supporting travel-related plans, scheduled experiences, reservations, and other service arrangements.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with individuals through phone, email, and online platforms.
• Assist with planning requests, questions, updates, and scheduling needs.
• Coordinate service details, reservations, appointments, and scheduled experiences.
• Gather preferences and requirements to help create suitable planning options.
• Provide accurate information regarding available services, schedules, processes, and requirements.
• Assist with confirmations, modifications, cancellations, and other updates.
• Maintain organized records of planning details and communications.
• Follow up on requests to ensure details are completed accurately and on time.
• Help address questions or concerns in a professional and helpful manner.
• Coordinate with service providers and other resources when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail throughout the planning process.
