This position involves working with geriatric patients in a behavioral health setting. Nurses will provide care and support to patients with psychiatric and behavioral issues. The role may include working holidays and weekends as part of the schedule. Candidates must have experience with de-escalation techniques and managing challenging behaviors. A commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work in a team environment are essential. Charge experience is necessary for this role, ensuring quality oversight in patient care.
