CRITICAL APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS (CLEAN FILE MANDATE)
Zero Malpractice / Board Actions:
Candidate MUST have a 100% clean background to qualify for emergency temporary privileges. Any history of settlements, DUIs, drug issues, license restrictions, terminations, or Medical Board actions will be immediately declined.
