Production Operator/Technician
Kelly is seeking Production Operators/Technicians to support harvesting, manufacturing, and warehouse operations at its Grand Rapids, Ohio, facility.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a production environment and performing machine operation, inspection, warehouse, and forklift-related duties.
Pay
Base pay: $18.00 per hour. Shift start times may vary. Some weekend work may be required.
Responsibilities
- Operate production and harvesting machinery.
- Perform inspection and quality-related work.
- Complete general production activities.
- Work in a warehouse and manufacturing environment.
- Operate a forklift as needed.
- Follow workplace safety and operating procedures.
- Support production operations based on business needs.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred.
- Forklift certification is a strong plus.
- Candidates without forklift certification may be trained.
- Ability to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as needed.
- Ability to work a schedule that may include weekends.
- Ability to work approximately 10 hours per day and 50 hours per week.
- Ability to perform work that may include sitting and forklift operation.
